Alexander W. Schwada

Alex Schwada has advised a wide range of clients in real estate and business transactions, developments and investment strategies. He has negotiated, performed due diligence on, and closed the acquisition and sale of land, multifamily assets and shopping centers, as well as negotiated office, industrial and retail leases on both the landlord and tenant side. His experience also includes helping document and negotiate joint venture agreements, consulting agreements and other business and real estate contracts.   

Mr. Schwada began his career at a boutique real estate law firm in Los Angeles, where he worked on a number of commercial real estate transactions and also assisted the firm’s hotel clients in a variety of real estate, management and business issues.

Outside of law, he plays basketball (he was a basketball player at Haverford College in Pennsylvania) and enjoys going to the beach.
